Install Notes:
Unpack to the desktop
1. Rename upload/includes/config.php.new to config.php
2. Open config.php in a webpage editor like dreamweaver and edit the database information in the master section. Leave slave as it is. Save.
3. Upload the upload folder to your web server via FTP.
4. Rename the upload folder to forums if you wish to have it in a sub-directory of your site, otherwise upload the containing files to the site's root folder.
5. Navigate to http://yourdomain.com/forums/install/install.php or http://yourdomain.com/install/install.php if your site is only a forum. (change yourdomain.com to the address of your own site.
6. If you haven't already made a database, the script installer will attempt to make it automatically. If it can't create it automatically, you will have to create one via the mysql command prompt OR phpmyadmin - look on google for know how.
7. Follow the steps and at the end, when instructed, via FTP, delete install.php and init.php

8. Now if you go to your website, vBulletin will be set up.
